Finishing

Compounds are normally presented in one of four standard finished forms:

Coil

Slab

Double Strip

Wig Wag (Folded strip)

Both SPC UK and ATR Compounding have the flexibility to accommodate other finished forms, however. We are happy to consider other alternatives to meet specialist customer needs.

Packaging

By popular demand, most of our products are packaged using two universally recognised packaging systems:

• Collapsible returnable crates

• Conventional palletisation

Using these systems allows us to meet both our customers’ requirements and environmental objectives. Flexibility is again the key, however, and both SPC UK and ATR Compounding are able offer other options if required.

Labelling and Documentation

Our unique production control systems create further key benefits for our customers at the point of despatch:

• Labels can be designed and printed to meet individual specified requirements.

• Accuracy, because the generation of labels is an integral part of exactly the same system that drives every stage of manufacture, quality assurance and finishing.

• Full documentation is immediately available at the click of a mouse. Our standard suite of documents is easily enhanced if required.

• Certificates of Analysis are routinely supplied with every delivery.
